Position : - HR Generalist (No 2 Position in HR)
Location : - Bangalore.
Profile Expectations : -- Must be an MBA in HR (Full Time and preferably fromIIM/XLRI/TISS/Symbiosis) with 6-9 years post MBA experience in HR in a Top Tier IT Software Product MNC/Top Tier IT Software Services MNC/Top Tier MNC KPO, covering the entire gamut of HR activities such as Organization Developments, Policy Formulation and Implementation, Recruitment,Training, Compensation and Benefits, Rewards and Recognitions etc.,- Drive successful employee relations initiatives, recognition events, and special projects.- Should be able to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced,changing work environment.- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Job Description :-This position is essentially a No 2 position in HR. Depending on the person’s performance, this position offers a career path in the next 24-30 monthsto Head HR for the entire company.
