POSITION Assistant Vice President - HR
SCOPE OF FUNCTION To head HR for the Business Process Division
LOCATION Mumbai
REPORTEES 8-10 HR Professionals including recruitment team
REPORTING TO Head – HR
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Role responsibilities will encompass all generalist HR functions for theBusiness Process divisions such as Operations, Mortgage, Equity Research,Credit Research, Investment Banking, Risk Management, etc.Some specific responsibility areas are:§ Working with senior management to define overall HR strategy for thevarious divisions§ Recruitment to support business growth§ Talent Management§ Employee Relations and Retention§ Working with line managers to identify and resolve Human Resourcesissues, and determine specific HR business needs within the division§ Training, career development planning and implementation of employeedevelopment programs within the division
WORK EXPERIENCE & OTHER ABILITES REQUIRED§ MBA/ PG in HR with around 8-12 years’ experience in the FinancialServices (ITES) industry§ Should have had generalist HR experience, preferably in MNCorganizations§ Good personal communication and interpersonal skills
COMPENSATION: Upto Rs. 20 L p.a. fixed compensation + discretionary performance bonus
