Designation: AM / Manager - Human Resources (Recruitment)
This position will be part of Sourcing vertical in Corporate Human Resources. Person will be responsible to own number of open positions, create sourcing plans and implement them.
Key Accountabilities:· Understanding & Preparation of Manpower plans· Create sourcing strategy· Interact with vendors· Capture and analyze data to understand sources effectiveness, lead time etc.· Implementation of sourcing plan and work on other HR initiatives
