Job Profile AVP HR (Recruitment)

Location New Delhi

Job Responsibilities Recruitment for all positions across North and Central India
(Including upcountry locations)
Recruitment of Officers, AMs and Manager Levels
Handle recruitment advts. Walk – ins, etc.
Liaison with recruitment consultants
Campus hiring & corporate branding activities across Campuses
Propose and implement innovative ways of sourcing talent

Qualifications MBA from a reputed business school

Experience 6-8 yrs in a multi – location set up
Should have handled hard core IT recruitment, high pressure and volumes in hiring,
Financial services/ FMCG/ Recruitment consultancy experience preferred.

Skills required Ability to work under pressure and strict timelines
Knack of selecting the right fits
Good communication skills
