Head of HR for a leading Captive BPO - Location: Gurgaon
About the Company:
It's a leading provider of high value business process outsourcing(BPO) solutions to global clients especially in Real Estate Industry. Headquartered in London, the Client provides consulting services in the field of offshore outsourcing, coupled with cost-effective service delivery from their state-of-the-art contact centre in Gurgaon.The current employees strength is approx 250 with plans to grow to 1500 by this year end.
Position: Head of HR, Location: Gurgaon
This position will report to the Site Director/ Center Head
Overview of role and responsibilities
The incumbent would head the Human Resource function for one of the Two centers. He/she is responsible for all HR initiatives it’s planning, formulation & implementation so that it facilitates the fulfillment of long term and short term business goals
Education and experience required
1. Must have Master’s degree/PGDM in HR
2. Atleast 7 years of relevant HR experience.
3. Advanced knowledge in the field of HR in a progressive Multi-national environment.
4. Ability to work according to UK time/Shifts if required
