HR Openings at Gurgaon

Position 1 Sr. Manager- HR, Location: Gurgaon

This position will report to the Site Director/ Center Head

Overview of role and responsibilities
The incumbent would head the Human Resource function for one of the Two centers. He/she is responsible for all HR initiatives it’s planning, formulation & implementation so that it facilitates the fulfillment of long term and short term business goals

Education and experience required

1. Must have Master’s degree/PGDM in HR

2. Atleast 7 years of relevant HR experience.

3. Advanced knowledge in the field of HR in a progressive Multi-national environment.

Position 2 Head – Recruitment Location: Gurgaon

This position will report to the Chief Quality Officer

The Head Recruitment would be responsible for the entire talent identification and acquisition. All activities pertaining to Recruitment will fall under this role.The company currently has two centers in NCR and plans to ramp up from the current strength of 1700 to 3000 people this fiscal year and from the current two to five centers.
