Position - HRAM (HR Head for a Business in India)
Reports to - HR General Manager IndiaWork
Location - New Delhi
*Accountabilities* -1. Manage the implementation of Group and business HR policies andprocesses in the areas of performance ranking, remuneration, talent review,recruitment, leadership identification and development etc.2. Manage the Talent / Performance Management Process - coach and counselsupervisors on performance issues.3. Lead implementation of competency frameworks and roll out of relatedtraining.4. Effective management and execution of consultative, communication andemployee relations processes, including Diversity & Inclusiveness andEnterprise First.5. Lead implementation of business change agenda in organization.6. Oversee the recruitment program; set recruitment activities andassessment of service providers and delivery against plan.7. Provide project support when required on HR and cross-functional projects(eg. change management).8. Set and manage the HR budget.9. Industrial Relations for approx.50 unionised workmen at the Plant.
*Position Dimension *-Contributory support for Sales proceeds of approximately USD 88millionPayroll: USD 5million FTE headcount: approx. 280.*
Ideal Candidates* would be from 95 - 98 batch from premier institute with relevent experience in HR.
